Online payment is not active on this website. Where a fee applies, it is agreed in writing before work begins, and this policy governs that arrangement.

A consultation may be cancelled at any time before professional review has started, and any fee paid is refunded in full.

Once professional review of your material has started, the work performed is chargeable. Where only part of the agreed scope has been completed, a proportionate refund is made.

A scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least twenty-four hours' notice.

A consultation is an independent professional opinion. Disagreement with the observation or conclusion reached is not in itself grounds for a refund. Where a factual error is identified, the review is corrected at no charge.

If the images, measurements or documents supplied are insufficient to give any useful preliminary opinion, and better material cannot be provided, the fee is refunded in full.

Refund and cancellation requests are made in writing to the correspondence address on the Contact page and are answered within five working days.
