A consultation is an independent professional opinion based on the material available at the time. It does not certify identity, origin or treatment where advanced instrumentation is required, and it does not establish market value.
Remote review from photographs, video and documents carries further limitations: lighting, magnification and image quality all constrain what can be observed. These limits are stated in every written reply.
